GermGuardian AC5250 PT is designed especially for homes with pets. PT stands for pets. At the first sight, you may think this one is exactly the duplicate of the AC5000 due to the same height and design. Yet that is not the truth as GermGuardian does make some tweaks—an upgraded HEPA filter.
